5. Reservation is required. Please confirm the required service before the scheduled time. Changes will not be accepted on site
6. Venue renters can enjoy a 20% discount on room rates if they book any Rose room type
7. General residents can enjoy a 20% discount on the booking fee if they reserve a meeting room
3. Lease process and matters needing attention:
1. Call or email to confirm the rental date → prepay the deposit within 3 days after confirming the quotation
→ complete the rental and pay all fees on the day of the event
